There are four categories: Production Design, Visual Design, Digital Animation and Brand Specified. Besides the Grand Prix, each Category holds 1 Gold prize, 1 Silver prize, and 3 Bronze prizes. Sponsored by iSee Taiwan Foundation and Sayling Wen Cultural & Educational Foundation, there are 21 Special prizes endorsed by international design associations. Brand Specified Category sponsored by Industrial Technology Research Institute. It holds 1 Gold Prize, 1 Silver prize and 3 Bronze prizes.

T & C

For the entries：

1. All entries will not be returned.
2. Entrants can participate in the competition as individuals or in teams. Multiple submissions of different works are acceptable.
3. Multiple submissions of the same work in two or more categories are not allowed.
4. The entries must be original and created by the participants themselves.
5. All the concepts, text, icons, sheets, pictures, videos, audios, music, animation contents and program of the work shall not be involved in any plagiarism or infringement of copyrights or other laws.

For the entrants：

1. All entrants shall accept the regulations of TISDC. Participating qualifications or prizes will be cancelled if the violation is proved and the organizer shall have the rights to take actions.
2. The entrants shall respect the evaluation and decisions made by the committee.
3. If the participating entry has been published, awarded or is under evaluation process in other competitions, the entrant shall clearly indicate the fact in the Affidavit and inform the organizer.
4. Requests, lobbies, threats, bribes or other actions interfering in the evaluation are not allowed.
5. The entrants shall agree to provide the detail information of the entries for future media coverage and exhibitions.
6. The top three prize winners of each category shall be present at the Award Ceremony. All travel expenses related to the award ceremony will be borne by the participants.

For the winners：

1. The winners shall agree to provide the detail information of the works for future media coverage and exhibitions.
2. The winners shall cooperate with the organizer in promotion and education activities for 3 years since the proclaiming of awarding.
3. All monetary prizes will be taxed according to the regulations of Taiwan government. (The winners from abroad will be taxed at the rate of 20%.)
4. For promotion purposes, the organizer shall have the rights to utilize (including but not limited to reproduce, public recitation, public broadcast, public presentation, public transmission, distribution, public display, publication, public release) the awarded works in different formats, including but not limited to Video/CD recordings, catalogues, photos, publications, and exhibitions.
5. The commercialization and marketing activities of the awarded works shall not contravene the spirit of the competition.
6. The prize sponsor of Brand Specified Category, Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), shall be entitled to use, production, manufacturing and publishing related matters of the winners’ works.

Who Should Attend

Eligibility:
Students who currently enroll in senior high schools or above (Based on the internet registration deadline, and the participant must be born after April 28, 1989, and be younger than 30 years of age. For females who have given birth before year of 30 may have 2-year extension per birth.).

*Fresh graduates (graduate in June 2019) and new students (enroll school in September 2019) are also eligible.

Selection Criteria:
A. Preliminary Selection:
The evaluation will be based on the digital files provided by the participants. The evaluation committee will select finalists for the final selection.

B. Final Selection:
Finalists in Product Design, Visual Design category, and Brand Specified category will be judged according to the printout works submitted by the participants. In Digital Animation category, the nominated films will be evaluated according to the digital files.
